Due to the closure of the Town Hall office during the months of November & December, Mayor Mike Horne opted to wave late fees, disconnection fees & reconnection fees for the month of January. Any payments made with the $15.00 late fee were credited to the account.
As of 2/1/24, ALL FEES WILL GO BACK INTO EFFECT
ALL water payments are due on or before the 15th of every month. If not paid by the 15th, a $15.00 LATE FEE will be added to your current balance.
To prevent cut-off, the current banance PLUS the late fee must be paid in full by 4pm on the 24th of the month. If not paid in full by 4pm on the 24th, your account will be listed as inactive & a $50.00 DISCONNECT/RECONNECT FEE will be added to your account.
BEFORE YOUR SERVICES CAN BE CUT BACK ON, YOUR ACCOUNT BALANCE MUST BE PAID IN FULL
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your bill please let us know- Town Hall is open M-F from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
