Planning & Zoning

Applying for a Zoning Permit ensures that any proposed changes within Pink Hill's jurisdiction are in compliance with the Town's most recent Development Ordinance. If you are considering any of the following, please submit a Zoning Permit Application to Town Hall:

- New building construction

- The addition or expansion of an existing building

- Placement or movement of a structure (manufactured home, storage shed, or fence)

- Change of use within an existing building (opening a new business)

- New sign or the alteration of an existing sign

And as always, if unsure, it's always better (& often cheaper) to ask first than it is to assume:)
